Delete your data

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open Lumijayon.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

This erases your device ID, nickname, age band, coin events and ad verification records from our server straight away, and resets the game on your device.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

1. Find your Device ID in the app under Settings. If you have already uninstalled the game, reinstalling does not recover the old ID, so tell us your nickname and roughly when you played.
2. Send an email using the button below. Your email app opens with a subject line to fill in.
3. We confirm the request and erase the data within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Email a deletion request

Subject template: Data deletion request - Device ID: <your Device ID>. Replace the placeholder with the ID from Settings. Parents can send this for their child.

What is erased

• Your device ID, nickname, age band, platform and app version.
• Coin events, balance and ad verification records.
• Charity redemptions are kept only as anonymous totals for accounting.
• PayPal withdrawal records (amount, PayPal email, dates, status) are unlinked from your device but kept as financial records for as long as the law requires. A withdrawal still waiting for review is cancelled and its coins are erased with your account.

Data held by Google for ads is controlled by Google. You can manage it at Google Ad Center. Backups are rotated out within 30 days. Read the full privacy policy.
