1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Juvenstar Studios, a trade name of Jaysventure ([REGISTERED ADDRESS]) (“Juvenstar Studios”). By installing or playing Lumijayon you agree to them. If you are a child, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on your own device for non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or modify the game except where the law allows it.

3. Virtual coins

• Coins are virtual items inside the game and are not transferable between players or devices. Coins have no cash value, except that eligible adults may cash out gameplay coins through the PayPal program in section 4A. Coins earned from rewarded ads can never be cashed out.
• Coins are not property. We may adjust balances to correct errors, bugs or cheating, and coins can be lost if data is deleted or the game is uninstalled.
• Coins are earned by playing. Nothing in Lumijayon has to be purchased with real money.
• Per-day earning limits and other fair-play rules apply and are enforced by the server.

4. Charity pool

Players may redeem coins for a charity reward, such as “Fund a school meal”. Redemptions are pooled. Juvenstar Studios then makes real donations to [CHARITY PARTNER] based on the pool, on a schedule and at an exchange rate we publish on this site. A redemption starts in “pending” status.

• Redeeming coins into the charity pool pays nothing to you, and does not entitle you to a tax deduction or any personal benefit.
• Donations are made by Juvenstar Studios as a company; players do not donate their own money.
• We may change the catalogue, costs or partners, and we may refuse or reverse redemptions that look fraudulent.

4A. Cash-out to PayPal (adults only)

Lumijayon offers an optional cash-out program. It is open only to players who are 18 or older, and it is never shown to the under-13 and 13 to 15 age bands.

• Rate: 200,000 gameplay coins equal 1 US dollar. The minimum withdrawal is 10 US dollars, in whole dollars.
• Eligibility: you must choose the 16-and-over age band, confirm in the app that you are 18 or older and that the PayPal account is yours, and your account must be at least 30 days old.
• Gameplay coins only: only coins earned by playing (levels, Glimmers and daily challenges) can be cashed out. Coins from rewarded ads can be used in the game, for example for rescues, but can never be cashed out.
• Manual review: every request is reviewed by a person before payment. Coins are held while the request is open. If a request is rejected or the payment fails, the coins are returned to you.
• One PayPal account per player: a PayPal account may be linked to one player only, and you may have one open request at a time.
• Fraud and cheating: coins obtained by cheating, bots, modified clients, exploiting bugs or any other breach of these terms are void and are not paid. We may reject requests and block accounts for this reason.
• Taxes and fees: you are responsible for any taxes on money you receive. PayPal may charge its own fees under its own terms.
• Changes: we may change the rate, limits or rules, or suspend or end the program, by giving notice in the app and on this site. Requests already approved will still be honoured unless fraud is found.

5. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, modify the game or its network traffic, use bots, exploit bugs to gain coins, attack or overload our servers, harass other players, or choose a nickname that is offensive or reveals personal information. See the community guidelines. We may reset balances, limit features or block a device that breaks these rules.

6. Ads

The game may show optional rewarded video ads from Google AdMob. Ads are never required to progress. Ad content is provided by third parties and is subject to their policies. See the ads and rewards policy.

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy and children’s privacy notice explain how we handle data.

8. Intellectual property

The game, its art, music, characters (including the Glimmers), name and logo belong to Juvenstar Studios or its licensors and are protected by law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Availability and changes

Online features such as sync, the daily challenge and the charity pool are provided as available, and may change or end. The core game works offline. We may update these terms; the new version applies from its effective date, and continuing to play means you accept it.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juvenstar Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual coins or progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and the courts of [COUNTRY] have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
